Recently, the jaw crusher and cone crusher manufactured by Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully completed load testing at a lead-zinc mining project. Under actual operating conditions, both machines performed smoothly and met the expected technical indicators, officially entering stable operation.
The trial run covered both primary and secondary crushing stages. The jaw crusher undertook primary crushing of run-of-mine ore, reducing large rocks to a suitable size for the next stage, while the cone crusher carried out secondary crushing to further refine the material and achieve precise product size control. Lead-zinc ore, characterized by certain hardness and complex mineral composition, places high demands on equipment capacity, structural strength, and operational stability.
During load operation, the two machines worked in coordination, ensuring stable material flow between stages. The jaw crusher demonstrated strong crushing capability and reliable feeding performance, while the cone crusher delivered uniform discharge size and achieved the designed throughput. Overall vibration and noise levels were well controlled, highlighting Sanland’s advantages in structural design and manufacturing precision.
As core equipment in mining production lines, jaw crushers and cone crushers are typically applied in the primary and secondary crushing stages, playing a vital role in step-by-step particle size reduction before the grinding and beneficiation processes. The successful load testing at this project further validates the equipment’s adaptability and reliability under real mining conditions.
Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. will continue to provide technical support and service to ensure stable operation and efficient project advancement, delivering dependable crushing solutions to mining customers worldwide.
