In the precision manufacturing workshop of Sanland Engineering, the production of core components for the PYT series cone crusher, custom-designed for a large mining enterprise, is in full swing. This equipment, specifically engineered for metal ore crushing operations, features a compound oscillating crushing chamber and an intelligent lubrication system, capable of handling hard ores with a Mohs hardness of 9 or higher. The designed capacity reaches 500 tons per hour.
On the production floor, CNC five-axis machining centers are precision-machining high-accuracy eccentric bushings, while laser welding robots simultaneously apply wear-resistant layer cladding to the crushing walls. The project lead revealed that all critical components are made from high-strength alloy steel, undergoing both ultrasonic flaw detection and mechanical property testing to ensure a 20% increase in service life for key parts. Currently, the main shaft heat treatment and moving cone assembly have been completed, and the production is about to enter the hydraulic system integration phase.
"The client demands high crushing ratios and low failure rates. We’ve adopted a modular design to enable rapid component replacement, improving maintenance efficiency by 40%," the technical team explained. The total assembly of components is expected to be completed within three weeks. After delivery, cloud-based data monitoring services will be provided to support the digital transformation of the mine. This production highlights Sanland Engineering’s customized technological advantages in the field of ore crushing equipment.
